Hi. My name is Jules and I bake.

As a young kid, I’ve always been drawn more to baking vs. cooking. Baking was just an easy concept for me to understand since I figured that if I just follow these instructions, then I should get the final product. As I grew older, I’ve come to see how baking can be therapeutic and often be a way to focus on how you can bring happiness through good food - specifically desserts! I’m not a professional chef, I haven’t had any training (except Food Network haha), so don’t expect anything fancy - just some good ole’ baked stuff that (most) people enjoy!
